For more than 50 years, we have been a reliable manufacturer of high-quality decoupling and impact sound insulation boards, as well as insulating and protective tubing. In addition, we offer textile dartboards, textile surrounds, and dart or mini-golf mats for the darts sports market.

Our company history began in 1973 when Walter Vöst founded a gas and water installation company along with a sheet metal workshop. Over the years, thanks to the founder’s inventive spirit, new and innovative products were developed for the construction, renovation, and refurbishment sectors. A milestone was the development of the VÖWAflex® nonwoven tube, designed as protective and insulating tubing for cold, hot, and wastewater pipes. This was followed by the development and market launch of another product: our Vitherm® insulation board, which is made from recycled polyester-based production waste.

Sustainability has been part of VÖWA’s philosophy for over 40 years and remains close to our heart. We rely on environmentally friendly production methods and material recycling to manufacture our products. All our production takes place exclusively in Germany, enabling us to maintain the highest quality standards.
